Class A CDL Local Overview:- Type:
Fill in spotter central dispatch - Home Time:
Home daily - no more than 150–200-mile radius from where the truck is parked. - Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday - Shift: 7 AM to 7 PM
- Hourly Compensation: $27 per hour
- Overtime:
Time and a half after 40 hours - Customer
Location:
Alsip, IL
- Paid Time Off:
Accrue 2 days (16 hours) of PTO after 90 days of employment and accrue an additional PTO every 55 days thereafter, for a total of 7 days of PTO. - Nine Holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve. (Eligible after 60 days) - Health & Wellness:
Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus premium discounts for wellness participation. (Eligible date of hire) - Retirement Savings:
Eligible to enroll in a 401(k) plan on January 1 or July 1 after 3 months of service. - $150 Quarterly safety bonus.
- $1500 Employee referral bonus.
- Technology: E-logs and mobile communication system.
- Weekly Pay & Overtime:
Paid every Friday, with the convenience of direct deposit. Earn overtime time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40 each week. - Dispatching:
Through All Truck’s central dispatch team or directly by dedicated customer accounts for specific assignments.
- At least 23 years old
- Minimum 1 year of current verifiable experience
- Industry acceptable MVR and PSP history
- Pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen, physical, and functional capacity test
- Pass background investigation
- No DUI/DWI or reckless driving within the last 5 years
- No preventable accidents or license suspensions within the last year
- Must Live within 20 miles of Alsip, IL.
