Credit Union Call Center Representative - MUST HAVE BANKING or CREDIT UNION EXP TO APPLY!

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A BANK or CREDIT UNION PROCESSING BANKING TRANSACTIONS TO APPLY!

We are currently seeking several experienced Call Center Representative for a credit union located in Altadena, CA
!

Type: Full-time, temporary 6 months!

Pay: $21-26/hr

Schedule: Monday – Saturday:
Hours will assigned between 7:00am – 7:00pm (40 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

• Answers member service calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provides information as requested on members’ accounts or credit union products and services.
• Cross-sells credit union products and services to members as appropriate.
• Perform members’ requests and conduct account maintenance.
• Assists members through online banking with related questions, features, including troubleshooting.
• Performs telephone transfers, wire transfers, check orders, stop payments, address changes and opens new accounts.
• Assist members with any Debit/VISA related questions.

Requirements:

• 1 year of credit union or banking call center experience or 2 years processing transactions in a bank or credit union branch with some phone customer service.
• Opening new accounts a plus.
• Effective problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
