Location: North Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Pay: $24.00/hour

We’re excited to partner with a well-established organization in North Orlando that’s looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

You’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounts payable functions, especially in a high-volume setting where efficiency and attention to detail are key.

• Exposure to a robust ERP system (People Soft experience is a plus)
• Professional office environment with established processes

• Enter and process a large volume of invoices with accuracy
• Review invoices, purchase orders, and documentation for proper approvals and coding
• Look into and resolve discrepancies or vendor questions
• Assist with vendor payments and maintain accurate account records
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors about payment status and issues
• Keep organized, compliant documentation in line with company policies
• Support month-end close tasks and assist with additional projects as needed

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Comfortable working in a high-volume processing environment
• Understanding of invoice matching, purchase orders, and vendor management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred (People Soft is a bonus)
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a busy setting
