Position: Chief of Staff / Operations Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Chief of Staff/Operations Lead to join their team onsite in Florida to support department leadership and drive operational excellence across a variety of initiatives.

Summary:

The ideal candidate is a mid-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting leaders, coordinating complex initiatives, and managing strategic events. This individual should be eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about helping teams achieve their goals. This role serves as a key liaison between leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, ensuring priorities are executed effectively and projects remain on track.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, providing day-to-day operational and administrative support

* Act as a liaison between department leaders, business stakeholders, and internal teams

* Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and objectives are met

* Plan and execute department-wide events, leadership meetings, strategy conferences, and special initiatives

* Receive and prioritize requests from organizational leaders and ensure appropriate follow-through

* Facilitate communication, track action items, and provide status updates to stakeholders

* Support operational planning, resource coordination, and process improvement initiatives

* Assist with strategic initiatives by gathering information, coordinating activities, and driving project execution

* Help identify and resolve operational challenges while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism

REQUIREMENTS:

* 3-7 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar business operations role

* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams

* Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

* Strong attention to detail and follow-through

* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting executive leadership or senior management teams

* Healthcare industry experience is a plus

* Experience coordinating large meetings, leadership events, or conferences

* Familiarity with project management tools and operational reporting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
