Operations Coordinator

Satellite Shelters is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily branch operations for our modular building solutions. You'll coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and jobsite documentation while maintaining accurate inventory and rental records. Partnering with sales, service, and logistics teams, you'll help ensure safe, on-time installations and removals for customers in construction, education, energy, and other sectors. You'll track project milestones, support billing accuracy, handle vendor and carrier communication, and assist with compliance, safety, and customer follow-up to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
