Environmental Project Manager

PPM Consultants, Inc. seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead complex air, water, and waste compliance, site assessment, and remediation projects across the Gulf Coast and Southeast. In this client-focused, safety-driven role, you will manage scope, schedule, and budget; prepare technical reports and permits; and guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering practical, regulatory-compliant solutions. You'll collaborate closely with industrial, commercial, and public-sector clients while gaining professional growth through varied, impactful environmental and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-phase environmental and engineering projects from planning through delivery
• Coordinate site assessments, remediation activities, and regulatory compliance efforts
• Prepare technical reports, permits, and documentation for air, water, and waste projects
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met
• Direct and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure quality and safety
• Interpret and apply federal and state environmental regulations to client operations
• Support proposal development, budgeting, and resource planning for new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal technical experts to develop practical, cost-effective solutions
