Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

Our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams serve residents in senior living, skilled nursing, and home health settings. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that's focused on helping residents achieve optimal function and quality of life.

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a PT at Sequoia Care, you'll assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans that help residents regain movement, reduce pain, and restore independence. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver skilled physical therapy services to residents in senior living setting
  • Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting plans as needed
  • Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on mobility, exercise, and prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Florida licensure and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (required)
  • Senior living or similar experience preferred
  • Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
  • CPR certification (as required by facility or state)
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
  • A passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life
