Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist specializing in home health to join our team in Oceola County, FL. This full-time, field-based role involves providing exceptional care to patients across multiple agency partners. Key responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist include:
- Provide a full-time schedule of 30 visits per week with a 35-hour guarantee
- Conduct an average of 5–6 patient visits daily
- Coordinate visit times directly with patients
- Document care within various EMR systems (Kantime, Kinnser, Axxess, Homecare Homebase)
- Focus on higher-level visits, including SOC, Evaluations, Reassessments, and Discharges
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist include:
- Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of FL
- Experience in home health settings
