Job Description:

* Sets up, operates, and maintains equipment used to enhance live audio/video events.

* Verifies AV equipment is configured and operating correctly.

* Troubleshoots and repairs faulty AV equipment.

* Ensures all AV equipment is fully operational and performs regular maintenance.

* Cleans and dresses loose wire/cable to ensure safety and organization.

* Follows general installation best practices to ensure optimal performance.

* Provides timely responses to user requests and inquiries related to AV support.

* Assists in prioritizing and completing user requests for AV services.

* Installs AV hardware and software, including switches, mixers, microphones, and other AV-related devices.

* Relocates and installs AV devices as required.

* Provides primary support for tasks related to AV systems during events and meetings.

* Guides users with setting up presentations and operating AV equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Customer service centric [Required]

* Strong Time Management skills [Required]

* Excellent verbal and oral communications [Required]

* Adept typist [Required]

* Knowledge of AV platforms such as Crestron, Cisco Conferencing, Click Share, and Skype for Business [Required]

* Microsoft Office applications and ticket management systems [Required]

* Audio knowledge including use of a mixer and equalizer [Preferred]

* Computer hardware [Preferred]

* Basic Windows PC troubleshooting [Preferred]

Work Experience:

* 1+ AV support [Required]

Licenses and

Certifications:

* Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) [Preferred]
