Assist Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve store and personal sales goals.;
Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals; supervise operations and Loss Prevention in absence.;
Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies; train and develop a successful sales team.;
Communicate store needs to Store Manager and Manager In Training; resolve customer issues; provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers.;
Complete bank deposits; ensure Journeys culture is demonstrated to the team; support implementation of company initiatives.
