Altamonte Springs, FL. 32714

Pay: $20-$22 an hour
- Full-time

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check and MVR check
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Florida Aquatic Pesticide Applicator
• At least 1+ year of background and formal experience in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, pesticide application
• Ability to drive long distances, operate a trailer, a ventrac mower, string trimmers, and perform light mechanical duty
• Ability to swim or be comfortable around bodies of water
• Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis
• Possesses basic math skills for the purpose of calculating appropriate levels of product applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the field supervisor
• Manage the maintenance of post-construction stormwater systems
• Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks
• Identify and treat invasive weeds
• Mowing/string trimming sites, and minor repairs for compliance
• Complete and submit thorough Project Completion Reports
• Prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by the company
• Safe driving of company-owned vehicles, trucks (with or without trailers), and transporting crew members.
• Attend and participate in safety meetings such as safe driving of company-owned vehicles and trucks (with or without trailers) and other OSHA topics
