Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: £40,000 basic + OTE £42,500
Hours: 45 hours per week
The RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established hire company that supplies essential infrastructure for events across the UK. This is a varied and hands-on role working across a modern and well-maintained fleet.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles including:
- Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs)
- Flatbed Sprinters
- Isuzu trucks
- 4x4 vehicles
- A small number of HGVs
Vehicles range from brand new up to 5 years old, giving you exposure to modern systems and technology.
What We’re Looking For- Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
- Comfortable working across a mixed fleet (LCV experience essential, HGV beneficial)
- Time served candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Competitive basic salary of £40,000
- Realistic OTE of £42,500
