Maher's Auto & Truck Service is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Alton, IL, paying $25-$35 per hour. This family-owned, team-focused shop services all makes and models and is looking for a technician who can handle maintenance and repairs from start to finish. Technicians work with Tekmetric for shop management and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI), with ongoing on-site and off-site training available.

• Perform automotive maintenance and repair work from start to finish.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and accurately document vehicle findings.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, repair, and related tire services.
• Complete preventive maintenance and general automotive repair services on all makes and models.
• Communicate vehicle findings and repair needs clearly with the team.
• Maintain a professional, organized work area.
• Follow direction while contributing to an efficient, team-oriented shop environment.

• B-Level Automotive Technician experience.
• Ability to complete assigned maintenance and repair work independently from start to finish.
• Experience completing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with shop technology.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Professional, organized, and able to take direction.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and continue developing automotive skills.

• $25-$35 per hour, hourly pay structure.
• Paid weekly.

Maher's Auto & Truck Service offers a family-owned, team-oriented work environment with five bays and five lifts. The shop services all makes and models and uses Tekmetric for shop management and Digital Vehicle Inspections. Technicians also have access to ongoing training both on-site and off-site.
