Full-Time Outpatient Mission-Driven Practice

BAS Healthcare is partnering with a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Alton, Illinois. • 100% Outpatient Internal Medicine

• Provide comprehensive care for adult patients, managing acute and chronic conditions

• Perform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and develop treatment plans

• Prescribe medications, administer immunizations, and manage chronic disease care

• Emphasis on preventive care, wellness visits, and population health

• Deliver culturally sensitive care with attention to social determinants of health

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including APPs, nurses, and specialists

• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives

• Document all encounters accurately and timely in the EHR

• Monday Friday daytime schedule

• Occasional travel to other clinic locations, as needed

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Eligible for or licensed to practice in the state of Illinois

• Minimum 2 years of Internal Medicine experience preferred

• Strong commitment to patient-centered, community-based care

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient environment

• Experience serving diverse or underserved populations preferred

• Competitive salary range: $225,000 $ 295,000 annually
