On behalf of our client, a leading UK MRO, we are recruiting for a Compliance Auditor to perform independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan, as well as assessing and auditing contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the Engineering Management System.

• Perform independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Assess and audit contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the company’s Management System.
• Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager with compliance matters and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and determine root causes of findings issued by customers or authority and prepare reports.
• Support the Compliance Department Team and Engineering staff with professional advice.
• Prepare and revise TPMs to ensure compliance with Part 145 and other regulations.
• Deliver and prepare continuation training to staff as part of the internal program.

• Possess prior experience and knowledge in auditing within a CAA/EASA Part 145 or aviation environment (preferably within the last 3 years).
• Demonstrate ability to conduct internal and external audits effectively.
• Communicate confidently and professionally at all levels.
• Be self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
• Have excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Show strong IT proficiency and ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Be highly organised, deadline‑oriented, and a reliable team player.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Be eligible to obtain SC‑level (Security Check) Clearance.
