Performs preventative maintenance on slot machines including cleaning, inspecting, adjusting, and testing machine parts;
Troubleshoots and repairs machine malfunctions and ATi Oasis system problems during gaming;
Moves slot machines between locations as needed;
Assists customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines and provides explanations and problem resolution as appropriate;
Assists with project work from layout to installation and helps maintain parts stock for repairs
