Mixed Tax Manager - Alton

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mixed Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to join a highly regarded firm in Alton. This role offers a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses (OMBs), providing a mix of corporate tax compliance and advisory work while working closely with partners and senior leadership.

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, with a strong focus on owner-managed businesses.
• Reviewing corporation tax returns and computations prepared by junior members of the team.
• Providing corporate tax planning and advisory services, including remuneration planning, capital allowances, group restructures, business reorganisations and succession planning.
• Advising clients on tax implications of acquisitions, disposals and company restructures.
• Supporting Partners with complex advisory projects.

• ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience).
• Previous corporate tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax.
• Experience working with owner-managed businesses.
