Our model offers a hybrid schedule with one day per week required in‑office presence and the flexibility to work remotely.

Provide therapeutic interventions to promote personal growth and resilience, including emotional, cognitive, behavioral and/or psychological changes for clients with primary behavioral health diagnoses. Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain documentation, and implement personal growth plans aligned with each client’s therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individual clients or groups.
• Assist the care team in developing and modifying treatment plans in response to client progress.
• Conduct intake for service recipients, explaining services, gathering required information, securing signatures on contracts and consents, and submitting materials for processing.
• Conduct assessments and write assessment summaries.
• Assist clients in making linkages with internal and external resources as outlined in treatment plans.
• Maintain contact with referral sources, providing updates on client progress and needs (with appropriate releases) and ongoing consultation as needed.
• Assist clients in discharge planning and provide follow‑up services as assigned.
• Provide clinical supervision to practicum and internship students, staff, or other qualified individuals.
• Monitor urinalysis, breathalyzer, and other testing as assigned.

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑licensure experience preferred.
• Licensure required: LISW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC.
• Full‑time position.
• Pay Range: $65,000 – $85,000.
