This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in Computed Tomography (CT), on adult and pediatric patients for diagnostic and treatment purposes. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, and assists with portable exams and on-call situations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and imaging equipment for procedures
- Perform imaging studies accurately and independently
- Assist with portable exams and on-call duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a trade school
- Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience; certifications such as CPR and IV therapy are advantageous
- Willingness to cross-train in CT; must be R.T. (R) registered if not already CT registered
The role offers a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants, with scheduled overnight shifts of 12 hours, three days a week.
