A Front of House staff member is a vibrant position in our team. Menu & beverage knowledge leads to a great guest experience. Warm welcomes and excellent customer service is vital to returning customers. Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. Looking for someone with open availability ready to be a part of a growing brand. There are many opportunities for growth within the company, as well.
Job Duties include- taking orders at the register
- making cocktails (specific training)
- running food
- handing out togo's
- keeping the front stocked
- bathroom maintenance
- cleaning and maintaining of front of house equipment, bar area, floor, etc
Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred.
- learn the menu and its ingredients
- have a warm personality
- self-motivated
- sense of urgency
Pay starts at $8.50 per hour plus tip pool. (Average range is $6-8/hour in tips). Employees eligible for an hourly wage increase after completion of 90 days and employee evaluation.
