Location: North Alton
Lewis and Clark Community College is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for technology support for faculty, staff, and students. You will manage calls, emails, and ticket submissions, triage issues, and communicate clearly with the college community.
Responsibilities include creating and routing tickets in the ITSM system, providing initial troubleshooting, supporting remote tools, and escalating when needed.
