36 hrs/week for 3x12s; 48 hrs/week for 4x12s
Requirements
- Years of experience required: 1 year
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
- EMR:
Epic
- Clinical skills:
- Cardiac telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation/management
- Care of patients post-ICU and post-CVA
- Post-MI, pre/post cardiac catheterization, pacemaker care
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults requiring cardiac monitoring.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry for dysrhythmias.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in EMR.
- Educate patients and families regarding post-care instructions and health management.
Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 24 hours
- RTO restrictions:
Max 7 days; no RTO allowed first week; no new RTO after submission
- Parking:
