Role PurposeProvides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care.
Responsibilities- Promotes patient and family‑centered care in a healing environment.
- Educates patients and families on managing illness or injury, including post‑treatment home care needs and medication administration.
- Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Participates in professional development.
- Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other interprofessional team members and patients, families, or caregivers, in accordance with established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
- Proactively plans and ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum of care.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care.
- Assesses patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including their values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population‑specific needs.
- Maintains constant state of alertness and works safely, as a safety‑sensitive position requires alertness and safe practice.

Current RN license.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree – Nursing. - Experience:
Less than 2 years preferred.
- Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates.
- Day shift schedule: (2) 12‑hour shifts, 7:00PM – 7:00AM.
- Up to a $7,500 sign‑on bonus for eligible external candidates.
