Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in telemetry care is sought for a night shift position at an intermediate care unit. This role involves caring for adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring, post-cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker management, and observation for myocardial infarction symptoms. The position is suitable for candidates with a minimum of one year of telemetry experience who are committed to providing quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment.

- Interdisciplinary support teams: IV, PT, respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response
- Daily census approximately 26 adult patients
- 32-bed capacity, EPIC charting system
- Additional Information:
- Travelers will float within the service line
- RTO restrictions: max of 7 days with manager approval for longer; no new RTO allowed during the first week
- No local candidates within 75 miles unless specific exceptions apply
- Must meet compliance and vaccination requirements including flu vaccine
- Start modules within 1 week of signed contract and complete prior to start date
- Pay package: based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined

- Required Qualifications:
One year of telemetry experience, certification in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, valid MO license or compact license, proficiency in cardiac telemetry, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, experience with adult cardiac monitoring, knowledge of EPIC charting system - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), post‑MI care, post‑cardiac cath management, community hospital setting - Patient Ratios:
Night shift patient ratio 1:6; patients include adult cardiac issues such as chest pain, shortness of breath, COPD, DM, HTN, renal failure, post‑procedural patients
