Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

Plus 40% premium for weekend program on top of base rate for all hours worked between 7:00pm Friday and 7:30am Monday.

Shift Differentials:

• 3rd shift - $4.00/hour

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our Intensive Care Unit is looking for compassionate, critical-thinking nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a meaningful impact during some of the most vulnerable moments. In the ICU you will care for complex, high-acuity patients while working closely with intensivists, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, case mangements and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices and maintains professional disposition at all times. Will be scheduled and required to work 11 out of every 12 weekends.

The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licenses/Certifications:
  • RN-Registered Nurse
  • American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education:
    • BSN
  • Experience:
    • Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
    • Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
