Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a collaborative, community-based setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Promoting patient- and family-centered care by educating patients on managing their illness, medications, and post-treatment needs.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans with clear goals, communicating across care teams.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.

• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; BSN preferred.
• Licensure:
  Current RN license.
• Experience:
  
  Open to new graduates and those with less than two years of experience.
• Preferred: BSN degree and ACLS certification (support available for certification).
• Skills:
  
  Critical thinking, communication, patient education, safety awareness.
