Registered Nurse; RN Intermediate Care – Part-Time Day Shift

Join the Care Unit as a Registered Nurse and provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative, community-based setting.

This role is open to both new graduate and experienced RNs with ADN, BSN, or MSN degrees. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and evaluating patient conditions to ensure quality outcomes. The nurse promotes respect, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in interactions, advocating for patient-centered care and continuous practice improvement. Candidates must hold an active RN license and have a minimum of 2 years of experience;

bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience are preferred.

Key duties involve assessment, care planning, documentation, communication with patients and team members, and ensuring evidence-based practices. The role requires the ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive environment and demonstrates a commitment to professional growth through participation in community health, quality improvement, and continuing education activities.
