ICU Nurse

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care according to nursing standards.
• Promote patient- and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• No prior experience required; experience in critical care is a plus.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.
