Gutter Installer​/Technician

RDH Seamless Gutter Systems is hiring experienced and entry‑level installers to join our growing crew. We install custom‑fabricated 6  seamless aluminum gutters for residential and light commercial customers throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro East area.

This is hands‑on, physical outdoor work. You'll be part of a small, tight‑knit 2‑person crew working directly with ownership — not lost in a big company. If you take pride in clean, precise work and want steady year‑round hours, we want to hear from you.

• Operate and assist with our mobile gutter fabrication machine on‑site at customer homes
• Install 6  seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts, hangers, and accessories to manufacturer and code specifications
• Work safely from ladders at heights up to 2-3 stories, using proper fall protection equipment
• Remove and dispose of old gutter systems when replacing existing gutters
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and property managers on‑site
• Maintain tools, truck, and equipment in clean, ready‑to‑work condition
• Travel daily to job sites across the St. Louis Metro East area in a company vehicle

• Prior experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or general construction preferred (not required for Helper role)
• Comfortable working at heights on extension ladders
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
