Are you looking for a new opportunity you can bet on? Look no further! We’re hiring a Table Games Assistant Shift Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall supervision of casino table games and poker room activities.

• Responsible for protecting the security and integrity of the games and that all team members comply with gaming laws and regulations.
• Assist the Table Games Shift Manager with supervision,training, coaching, and issuing discipline as needed for staff.
• Maintain constant awareness of activities of all games in assigned locations in order to observe and report any suspicious or irregular activity.
• Monitors all gaming activity and maintains knowledge of win/loss ratios, significant players, and action.
• Adjusts games spread to provide for optimal labor efficiency.
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or problems to ensure courteous and friendly service to all gaming guests.

Requirements: At least eight years of progressive table games supervision preferred. Proven management skills and basic computer skills required. Completion of gaming school or classroom training and knowledge of all games required. Knowledge of at least one count system and basic strategies required. Must be able to stand or walk for an entire eight-hour shift. This position spends the majority of shifts on the casino floor and is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise, and smoke.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
