Wage: $21.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

• Assist with loading and unloading parts onto the powder coat line
• Operate forklift to move materials and finished products within the warehouse
• Prepare metal parts through pre-treating, sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning to meet customer specifications
• Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure proper powder coating techniques are applied
• Load parts onto racks, change hanging patterns as needed, and ensure consistent coating quality
• Manage powder materials by sorting and transporting powders within the warehouse
• Bake finished parts at designated temperatures within specified time frames to cure coatings properly
• Perform setup and operation of powder coating equipment as required

• Previous experience with electrostatic spray guns, dry powders, and hoppers
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift
• Ability to stoop, crouch and bend consistently during job
