Edencrest at Tuscany is recruiting for Resident Assistants. In this role, you will ensure residents receive assistance with activities of daily living in a respectful, compassionate manner that aligns with the community’s mission statement and core values.

Open Shifts Available

• Full-Time: Days 6am-2pm and Evenings 2pm-10pm
• Part-Time: Overnights 10pm-6am

A Typical Day for a Resident Assistant with Edencrest

• Monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
• Understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required.
• Promote communication between community team members and residents regarding preferences, medical condition changes, and health issues.

Qualifications Needed:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
