The position ofQA Analyst Maintains and ensures quality of products, collects data, monitors products and processes and GMP compliance.

Shift: Monday - Friday 3p - 11:30p with OT as required.

• Maintains highest standard of Safety for all functions on an ongoing basis and ensures compliance for self and others to OSHA standards.

• Performs daily inspection of all PPE required including but not limited to SLIP-RESISTANT/STEEL-TOED SHOES, safety glasses, gloves,shieldsandaprons to ensure good overall condition of items that provideoptimalpersonal safety & protection while working in the facility.

• Successfullyacquiresandmaintains Lock Out-Tag Out Certification formachineand safely performs all functions in accordancetoOHSA andcompany requirements and standards.

• Performs daily inspection of power equipment with proper documentation.

• As a member of the T. Marzetti Company,completes his/her Behavior Based Safety Observations (BBSO),corrects issues when identified,andparticipatesin problem solving.

• As a member of the T. Marzetti Company,completes his/her Behavior Based Quality observations(BBQ),corrects issues whenidentifiedandparticipatesin problem solving.

• Ensures compliancetoquality, food safety/Food Safety Plan,FSMA,Food Defense,5S, OSHA and other support programs; assures conformity to all company,customer and government standards.

• Communicates any concerns related to product safety, integrity,quality and legality to management or to the confidential hotline if the need for anonymity is necessary.

• Collect samples of ingredients, products and/or packages and monitor and test according to established procedures.

• Inspect and swab equipment/environment.
  
  Communicate any issues and/or concerns to appropriate technical services or operations team.

• Monitor processes toassurethey areoperatingconsistently.

• Document neatly and precisely all results.

• Label andmaintainsamples of ingredients or products forretainsorshelf life monitoring.

• Identifying potential hazards andsolutionstoissues.

• Addressing customer complaints and solution.

• Organize collected data for management review (charts, graphs, tables,etc.)

• Maintain lab area and equipment in orderly fashion.

• Communicate inconsistent results or observations to management immediately.
