In this role, you will be responsible for food service from planning and preparation to delivery, ensuring compliance with all culinary standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong cooking and managerial skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Iowa health regulations and Serv Safe certification are required.
