Adventureland Park - Cabana Server

* Education and Experience:

** There are no minimum educational requirements for this position

Previous server experience a plus but not required

Previous experience with alcoholic beverage serving and associated regulations would be helpful
** Language:
** Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English;
Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
** Requirements:
** Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, open to close Ability to comply with all uniform policies

Ability to refrain from on-the-job consumption of alcohol Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner

Ability to positively engage with guests to promote sales and customer satisfaction Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) technology and PCI compliance a plus Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently

* Physical Requirements:

** Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday Ability to frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders

Ability to remain sedentary for periods of time, while using a computer or POS Ability to withstand heat and humidity from food preparation equipment Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 40 pounds or more Ability to consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/tools Ability to use step stools, as needed This role will be predominantly based within the outdoor cabana areas, with some exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments
