Responsibilities include:

Becoming a product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14

Greeting customers warmly and providing assistance with product styles, features, and benefits

Maintaining a customer-focused environment on the sales floor

Fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers

Modeling and coaching service standards and omni-channel experience

Leading business focus areas through planning and follow-through

Performing supervisor responsibilities as Leader on Duty, driving results and resolving customer concerns

Using customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions to improve results

Building customer loyalty through company programs

Providing feedback to the store team and raising performance concerns appropriately

Supporting asset protection through customer service, safety, and operational controls

Qualifications and qualities we value:

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation)
A high school diploma or GED

Physical requirements include:

Lifting up to 40 pounds as needed
