Oversee and drive the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience culture throughout the store;
Coach and train store leadership, outfitters, and staff in CLUB onboarding and ongoing CLUB initiatives;
Recruit and retain great talent for CLUB-focused roles and develop individualized improvement plans;
Analyze CLUB metrics and collaborate on corrective action plans to improve performance;
Ensure execution of all CLUB training, communications, marketing materials, and payments at the retail store
