• Deliver sales and profit performance by using key tools and resources to drive selling.
• Support store execution of company initiatives and uphold store standards at all times.
• Participate in and support team training to achieve business results.
• Engage clients through outreach, community initiatives, and creative client engagement strategies.
• Support alternative purchasing and digital tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes, and digital catalogs.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on category opportunities and talent sourcing.

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office.
• Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
• Planning, prioritization and time management skills.
