Supports store operations while helping deliver a polished, customer-focused Ralph Lauren experience. The role involves assisting customers with product recommendations, supporting sales goals, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities- Provide attentive customer service and personalized product and styling recommendations.
- Support sales goals, clienteling, customer data capture, and store initiatives.
- Maintain visual standards and help balance store tasks with customer needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support team training, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
- Be available for a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital tools to sell to customers is preferred.
