• Generate leads through D2D lead generation
• Contact customer leads through cold calling
• Deliver sales presentations on roofing and home restoration services to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Maintain constant cross‑departmental communication with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Build and nurture relationships with customers
• Schedule appointments with clients, working around their schedule
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline
• Highly motivated and target‑driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Sales experience is a plus
