We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate is confident managing daily warehouse workflows, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant distribution processes.

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound materials.
• Lead and train warehouse staff in proper handling, packaging, labeling, and documentation procedures.
• Verify shipment contents, inspect materials for damage or discrepancies, and resolve issues with vendors, carriers, or internal departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by updating records, performing cycle counts, and reconciling shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups, deliveries, and freight arrangements, optimizing transportation costs and timelines.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in accordance with safety protocols.
• Monitor performance metrics, such as order accuracy and turnaround time, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and quality control teams to ensure materials are available to meet operational demands.

• Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight classification, and carrier requirements
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Forklift operation
