Schedule

Monday - Friday
9:30am - 6:00pm

Primary Duties
  • Utilize PC-based WMS to perform one or more warehouse activities; including, but not limited to, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, cycle count, inventory, and/or outbound processing audits.
  • Ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Coordinate with supervisor and/or lead on inbound or outbound warehouse activities and performance.
  • Proactively problem solve issues.
  • Train employees on discrepancy issues on daily tasks.
  • Operate various pieces of material handling equipment (MHE) including pallet movers, stand‑up forklifts, high‑lift reach trucks, and order pickers.
  • Use RF scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
  • Support and execute projects, including, but not limited to, DTS inventory, managing queues, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain the warehouse so it is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality policies.
  • Support company goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Uphold the values of the company and its culture, consistently demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and the highest standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • 1+ years of experience using a stand‑up reach forklift, power pallet jack, cherry picker, and sit‑down forklift.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
Physical Demands

Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping. Occasional sitting, talking/hearing. The use of hands/fingers is often required.

  • Ability to work at heights of up to 28 ft. using powered equipment.
  • Continuous lifting and carrying of 1–20 lbs.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of 21–50 lbs.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of 51–100 lbs. with the assistance of a buddy‑lift or a mechanical device.
Vision Requirements for Driving Equipment and Company Vehicles
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
  • Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more).
  • Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point).
  • Depth perception (three‑dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
