Warehouse duties include but are not limited to rotating and delivering stock to food locations, ensuring availability of products, and performing various cleaning tasks. Working as a Warehouse Attendant is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, forklift operation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

We are currently looking for a:

Adventure land Park - Warehouse Attendant

Roles & Responsibilities :

Ensure availability of products while maintaining a clean work area Perform all warehouse duties while following all established safety procedures and using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guestsU nload trucks and count s quantities to verify delivered amounts

Process, receive, rotate and correctl y store retail, paper products, food, and food product items within the warehouse (which includes dry storage, frozen and refrigerated areas)
Deliver orders from the warehouse to the individual retail stands, concessions, catering areas, and other facilities (by pick-up truck/golf cart, van, hand cart and/or by hand)
Complete orders and responsibilities in a quick and responsive manner

Ensures ice and air voids are delivered to designated locations before park opening

Monitor stock levels of the warehouse and communicate any shortages in orders and inventory to the management team Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

Conduct product inventories on a routine basis

Complete and update daily inventory logs Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor

Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and warehouse equipment

Assist at other F&B locations or with catering events, as needed

All other duties assigned by leadership

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred1+ years p revious warehouse experience a plus but not required

Must become certified to operate forklifts and/or other mechanical equipment within 30 days of hire.

Language:
Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Iowa Child Labor Laws Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to work until later hours of the evening, from open to close

Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipment

Ability to comply with all uniform policies

Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner

Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently
