About the Role:
Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive & Personal Assistant to support both our executive leadership team and the Fiore family. This unique role blends high-level administrative responsibilities with personal assistant duties, requiring exceptional multitasking, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel for executives and family members
- Coordinate business and personal events, meetings, and communications
- Support financial tasks such as invoice review, check preparation, and banking
- Organize and maintain property schedules and logistics
- Handle fundraising outreach and follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience supporting executives or high-level individuals/families
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Quick Books experience is a plus - High level of discretion and professionalism
- Notary certification (or willingness to obtain)
