Personal Banking Advisor; Blair

We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Banking Advisor (PBA) for the Blair County area. The position is floating, supporting any of our Altoona-area branches as business needs require. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to commute between branches are mandatory. Floating PBAs receive compensation for travel time and mileage reimbursement.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers when they visit the branch or call for assistance.
• Work hands‑on with other branch team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Build relationships with customers and connect them to products and services that support their financial goals.
• Help new customers become acquainted with the bank and its services.
• Perform a variety of day‑to‑day operational tasks, from basic cash handling to more complex transactions.
• Leverage talents and skill set to help achieve bank-wide goals.

The right person will have a high school diploma and at least two (2) years of strong customer service experience, a general interest in the financial services industry, and a desire to develop a long‑term employment relationship.

• Passion for problem‑solving and working with people.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative work environment.
• Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank‑specific software.
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Visual and auditory skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods; bend, stoop, and lift items up to 25 lbs.

Hourly Wage: $17–$17.
