Schedule:
10-day stretch per month
Schedule Details:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Clinic / Hospital Rounding)
Weekday Evenings: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Call)
Weekends: 24-hour call coverage (Saturday 8:00 AM – Sunday 8:00 AM and Sunday 8:00 AM – Monday 8:00 AM)
Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 10 days total (clinic, hospital, and call)
Practice Details:
Patient Population: Mix of new and established patients
Clinic Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
Hospital Coverage: Approximately 2 weekdays per week
Weekend Call Volume: Typically 2–4 cases, mostly accidental injuries and MVAs
Case Mix Includes:
Sinus conditions
Tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies
Ear infections
Thyroid disorders
Vertigo and hearing loss
Laryngeal lesions and voice disturbances
Nosebleeds
Cerumen impaction
Tracheostomies
Additional Details:
Trauma Level: Level 3
Certifications Needed: Active medical license in Pennsylvania or Active IMLC
Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
