We are seeking someone who can support and coordinate project activities to ensure goals are met on time and within budget. Uphold project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing implementation plans, and adjusting project specifications as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Distribute regular project updates and schedules to stakeholders.
- Lead project closeout and warranty processes.
- Work with project managers and superintendents to ensure safety and quality measures are in place.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and permit coordination.
- Help track project budgets and cost performance.
- Support the review and documentation of change orders and requests.
- Foster positive team relationships and effective communication.
- Advocate for LSF at client and stakeholder meetings.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work history in the commercial construction industry,
OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Construction Management, Engineering, or a business‑related field, with relevant internship experience. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- High standards of excellence, integrity, and work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with P6, Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or BIM modeling preferred.
- Ability to interpret construction blueprints.
- Detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
