Engage in counter sales, warehouse, and driving tasks to provide total care for customers;
Provide sales and support to walk-in customers at will-call counters and to field customers at off-site delivery locations;
Receive incoming vendor shipments and customer returns; stock and maintain warehouse and counter areas; pick, document, and pack customer orders;
Load and unload trucks and perform merchandise deliveries and pickups;
Process cash sale returns and refund paperwork according to company policy
