Production Workers

Our client, a growing production and packaging operation in the Altoona area, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in hands‑on assembly and packaging operations supporting daily production goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Altoona & Hollidaysburg PA
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime possible on Fridays)

• Assemble product kits according to work instructions
• Apply stickers and RFID labels to packaging
• Build and assemble display cases
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and product standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and production guidelines
• Work on your feet for the full 10‑hour shift

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10‑hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
• Basic math skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous production, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

• $15 per hour
• Weekly pay while working with Manpower
• Monday–Thursday schedule with 3‑day weekends (OT available on Fridays)
• Temp‑to‑hire opportunity
