CompensationCompetitive starting pay based on education and experience, with new enhanced rates: $4 increase plus an additional $2 shift differential.
- Starting rate: $35.50 (BSN)
- Starting rate: $34.00 (non‑BSN)
Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates with at least one year of RN experience who commit to a two‑year agreement.

Responsibilities- Patient Care
- Provide direct care using protocols and standards, administer medications and IV therapy.
- Assess and reassess patients every eight hours or as needed.
- Plan and coordinate care with patients, families, and community agencies.
- Coordination and Communication
- Engage in team discussions with medical staff and other professionals.
- Use Bed Management System, Alpha, CPOE, and other relevant computer systems efficiently.
- Education and Leadership
- Teach and educate patients, families, staff, and students.
- Consult, support, and demonstrate professionalism to team members.
- Safety and Compliance
- Follow universal precautions and occupational exposure policies.
- Maintain competency with annual validations and point‑of‑care testing per lab criteria.

Education and Formal Training Required- Must hold a current license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania.
- Must satisfactorily complete the nursing department orientation program and probationary period.
- CPR (AHA standards) within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIH).
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- Act 34 compliance.
- Current licensure in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license under the NLC agreement; if residency changes, 60 days to apply for licensure in the new state.
